Shipping policies

All orders are shipped via USPS. At this time, I offer shipping to the US only. During checkout, you have the option to choose First Class or Priority Mail.

Allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment, plus an additional 3-5 business days (First Class) or 1-3 business days (Priority Mail) for shipping times.

If you need to expedite an order, email info@edenrae.com before placing your order. I will let you know if I might be able to accommodate your request.

Please note: Eden Rae is not responsible for an order once it has been shipped and will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with your order once it has been shipped, contact USPS with your tracking number.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges will be calculated by weight, dimensions and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Eden Rae offers free First Class shipping on orders of $60 or more.


As Eden Rae is a very small business, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or cancellations or issue refunds.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, emaiinfo@edenrae.com within 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a replacement.

If at any time your item becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear, please contact me. These claims will be evaluated and resolved on a case by case basis.
